This directory contains all TEKs downloaded from Smitte|Stop.

The structure of this folder is:
 * <date-of-TEK>/<unix-timestamp-when-downloaded>:<batch-index>.zip
 * <date-of-TEK>/<epoch-when-downloaded>:<batch-index>-parsed.txt

E.g:
 * 2020-07-05/1595193421:0.zip -- At 2020/07/19 (1595193421) the first (`0') batch of TEKs from 2020-07-05 was downloaded.
 * 2020-07-05/1595193421:0-parsed.txt -- The `export.bin' file from the above zip, extracted and parsed.
